Soft Brakes
For a while my brakes have been very soft, my brake pedal is at about 60-70% before braking starts. But the last 3-40% works great. My brother complains that it's a death trap. I've bled the brakes and have all new pads. The brakes have been like this for a long time. Since it's my truck I'm used to it. Am I alone on this one?

Re: Soft Brakes
you may want to check all the brake lines for leaks as well

Re: Soft Brakes
I have no leaks, and the 2 rear wheel cylinders have been replaced.

Re: Soft Brakes
the only other thing it can be is a badly worn master cylinder
