How To Fold-Down Rear Seats--'99 Rodeo

I have no manual for my '99 Rodeo that I just bought used, and I can't figure out how to fold-down my rear seats. I can get them started, but they don't fold down the whole way. I can figure out how to get the bottom part of the seat folded up, so that I can fold down the back of the seat. Please Help!

Pull the straps to release the seat bottom(s), flip the seat bottom up towards the front. Pull out the headrests, flip the seat backs down. Thats it! G/luck
