Question sub wire

I have a 98 civic ex coupe
I’m getting ready to wire a sub and an amp to the back of my car but I can’t find a plug through the front wall of my car
Am I going to have to drill through it to get a wire to the battery (on the passenger side)
Or did I miss the plug.

any help would be nice

Re: sub wire

there are plugs (holes) all over the firewall search more thoroughly my battery wire runs through a hole in the firewall that is on my pasenger side (your drivers side) to the left of my battery...drilling is not necessary...

Re: sub wire

i agree do not drill. just look a little more and you are sure to find one

if you do decide to drill be exteremly careful that there is nothing on the other side of the firewall to drill into

Drilling through the passanger's side is a bad idea. All the A/C and climate control stuff is over there, which makes it hard to run a wire anyhow.

Go through the driver's side, and there are a couple of holes, and as long as you keep the wire supported, like zip tie it, to keep it away from the pedals, it's easy to run.

if you're using 10 guage or less, you can probably squeeze it through the condensation drip plug. its on the passenger side, just above the carpet. if it is sqeezing off the a/c drip hose too much though, find another spot.
