gsr brakes?

ok.I have asked this question before but didnt get any feed back.I want to know if the front 98 gsr brake spindle, callipers and rotor bolt into my rex 91.My frend recked his ek and has this set up.he wants to trade for my stock parts.some guy is goin to take it off his hands and told him to take everything off if it will be cheaper.if anything we will take our susp apat and see for our own.just thought this would save some time by knowing if it will work.thanks in advance.

Re: gsr brakes?

I know on a 94 gsr you have to mill a little off the caliper bracket in order for it to fit right, or space out the rotor a bit. I dont know if they are the same as the 98 (assuming not), but this may help a little.

Re: gsr brakes?

well.i tried it and it bolts right in.but it does camber in.i had to lower my car more than three inches to get the wheel to straighten out.i took them back off cuz im just goin to try the 92 ls setup.that should be better i hope.oh the reason that the brakes fit the way they did is cuz the spindle has a little bit more of angle.thamks for the input man.
