Unhappy no heat in 99 taurus

I have no heat if I turn the heat on the air comes on if I turn the vent on the air also comes on I have climate controll but it is always cold can anyone help thanks

Re: no heat in 99 taurus

Try backflushing the heater core. Also the blend door may not be working correctly. Clogged heater cores seem to be a common problem with Fords. Is the coolant level correct?
