leaking transmission fluid

my 1993 toyota 4runner-automatic-4WD. is leaking tranmission fluid when i start it up and when i shut it of it drips a little bit whats going on

Check the tubing connections between the transmission and the cooler. One may be loose. Keep this to one thread please.
