Pick Up Techniques
Just thought I'd do a thread so us boys can share the wealth.
2 nights, 2 numbers, 2 hotties. Friday Night: At the bar, some chick selling raffle tickets was getting our names and number for the tickets. I bought 3 and said "I've just given you my number 3 times, wanna give me yours and I'll consider it a fair swap", or similar. She smiled and gave us her number. And then sent me a text this morning asking when we can get together! Saturday Night: Another bar, friends of friends 20th bash, just started talking to randoms and telling them they should all come and party with us on a big clubbing night ina couple of weeks. Chick named Rocky comes out with "I've always wanted to go clubbing there! Can I get your number?" Bang, bang, bang.  Please share...

Use David D's 3-minute technique!
Works anywhere, at any time, on (uh, almost) any (single/heterosexual) girl! Open with the cocky/funny: "Hey, you're cuter than the average girl, (insert impromptu, brief small talk here)" getting a laugh (without mocking yourself) is key. Now say: "Well, gotta go, nice chatting with ya" Turn and walk for a step or two, turn back: "Hey, do you have email?" If she says "yes," act like she just agreed to give it to you. Pull out handy paper and pen and get the email. While she's writing, say: "And just throw your number down too, I swear I'll only call you 9 times a day." Used God knows how many times, has not failed me YET! Simply miraculous. Numbers obtained from bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, bookstores, gyms, etc. (If she doesn't have email, deadpan: "Do you have electricity?" "well, I guess I'll have to settle for your number.")
