Rear Speaker Pod Problem :(

ok i went to fit my new JDM speaker pods last night complete with the cargo cover supports (bit where the speakers go onto) and i fitted them PERFECTLY , then i notice the seatbelt wouldnt move as they have no whole for the seatbelt to slip through so it is pinned between the inside of the car and the speaker pod :?

how can i over come this? did the SiR's not come with rear seatbelts or lapbelts??? as this will not fit ??? also with the pods fit onto my supports which are on there now if not?

if you go on that link you will see there are no slots for the seatbelt to sit into

Is there absolutely no hole that leads from the bottom to the top of the pod? what's under that small plastic looking bar between the tweeter and the woofer?

yeah, if it were me, I'd just bust out with my dremel... cut a slit on the window side of the pod (so it'd be out of peoples view) and cut myself a little slot for the belt.

you know, I just realised... you seem to drop a lot of money on your ride, Jim.
I mean, not to say that I wont eventually do the same thing, but seems like every time you post, you've got some new toy!

By the way... do you still happen to have those EDM side skirts handy? I may still want them after all

Not with the speaker pods. I have the USDM ones. I want to see pics of the interior when you finish

Does anyone have a closeup of these side skirts people are talking about?? I guess I just don't ever notice them

Well... get me a price on the shipping and how much you want for them, and your preferred method of payment, and I'll see about getting you some more money to spend.
Oh, if you need to know... shipping is to U.S.A., Texas. Zip code is 75110.

And yeah... lets see some pics
