why do girls have to play mind games...

ok so awhile ago I met this chic and we started talking a lot and hanging out as much as possible but it wasn't a ton cuz we we're both pretty busy at the time... well it didn't take me long to fall for her and I was pretty sure she felt the same for me so I asked her about it and asked if I would be wrong to think we could get together in the future and she said not at all, but right now is just a crazy time but deffinately in the future, so I said thats fine cuz I didn't want to rush into anything anyways... well things went good for the next week or so but then she started backing out of plans and not calling me when she said she would... well I let this go on for about 2 more weeks then confronted her about it and she says, I thought we were just friend. well at this point I get pissed because she had led me on and just made things even worse, so when I called her a liar and told her I didn't wanna talk to her she said she never lied and she meant everything she said to me and meant all the good things she said about me but she didn't wanna lose me as a friend... and me being a very forgiving person(and an idiot) I told her she could still call me but to give me some time... well I still am yet to understand this whole thing and to this day(which is about 3 weeks later) she calls me and talks about how she wants to hang out and I'm such a great guy and she hates when we go more than a few days without talking...

now could someone please explain what happened and why? honestly I doubt anything will ever come up between us no matter how much I want it to and no matter how much she acts like she wants it to... I just won't put up with mind games like that.

so why would she ever say that something would happen between us if she never intended on having a relationship with me?

we are both 17 so I figure her being a 17 year old girl has something to do with it...

I'm just totally stumped on why chics do this kind of stuff... maybe girls get pleasure out of breaking guys hearts, I don't now

You are 17. It's OK. She is 17. Well that explains it. It's a crazy age. She's young and confused; so are you. And even 3 years later when I was 20 I got the same crap. It's a PAIN to forget about, but really you will. It will take time. It took my 2 months after I got played. You will meet new people. Especially since you are 17 and probably going into college (my assumption?). Don't fret now, many years ahead of you.

I think the reason some girls "play around" with guy's feelings is because they are insecure. They want the attention you give them when they constantly changet their minds about things. Mabee she likes messing with you. Since you are both only 17, don't worry about it. There will be many more happy days ahead!

Rule 1: Appear interested, but let them know they are just another option
Rule 2: Always get their phone number and REMEMBER THEIR NAME
Rule 3: Do not call for at least 2 days after you meet them.
Rule 4: First date should be somewhere you can just talk and are unlikely to be interrupted. Eg. cafe, restaurant etc.
Rule 5: You should be dating at least a month, preferably longer before you start meeting each others friends and family, or double dating.

Use the force, be strong my son.

Good rules but #5 could probably be bent a little. For instance....

My girlfriend is going to hook one of my friends up with her friend. Here's the info on this friend of hers; She's been in Jugs magazine numerous times, she's drop dead gorgeus, and she's actually interested in him. The only way i can see getting him comfortable, is to have someone around that he knows when he goes on his first date. That's a good reason to double date at the start IMO.

treat girls like shit. they love it. if they like you, they keep coming back. make fun of them, don't call them, shit like that. don't beat them up or anything, but yah know. as soon as you start showing affection, they stop showing affection.

...but i will say that if you ignore them and they like you they will just try harder to get at u.

Here's one thing every guy should know, you will never be able to understand a womans mind. Maybe thats why we like them so much, I dunno. There are two things I have learned form all my relationships is, if you treat a woman with respect, she will treat you with respect, and the more you love her, the harder it is to let her go.

tell her you dont want to play any more of her mind games and ask her straight up , If she wont tell you I think its time to move on.
