I need a motor mount

The front motor mount (the expensive liquid filled one) on my p10 is going out or is already out. I have been trying to find a replacement but can only find one at the stealership for $160 or so. Do any of you know where to get one for less? SE-R.net has them listed for $56 but I do not know who to contact. Any info would be helpful.

P.s. Could driving with a bad mount cause any other damage to the car?

Thanks for the info, I'll give them a call. Do you know if running with a bad mount will cause any other damage to the car?

If one of the mounts isn't doing it's job then the remaining mounts will have to take up the slack and may get overstressed as well.

An engine is a rather large object to have wobbling excessively so I'd replace it just to prevent any potential stress to drivetrain components and anything attached to the engine/trans like wiring, hoses, pipes etc. Vibration can kill a lot of things given enough time (months/years).

Not urgent but don't forget about it. Nip it in the bud.

Look for torn or separated rubber. Sometimes rubber that has been soaked with oil or solvents will perish. Look for black fluid leaking from the mount.

Infiniti of Scottsdale gives discounts. Call them.

(800) 955-9181

You probably don't wan the JWT mounts, even if they fit. They are solid rubber mounts and your car will vibrate a lot.

The new mount may get messed up only if one or more of the other mounts are shot. If they are otherwise good, then it should be ok.
