Nahh, you can get killed in a base SOHC 3000GT too. You can killed in any kind of car if you drive it fast. If anything, you are safer in a sports car then you are in any other type of vehicle. has anyone ever driven at 110 mph in a Kia Sephia? of course not, you would certainly get killed!

I have driven 110 in my 4Runner (thats where the speedomiter tops off), it was reasonably stable due to the stiff suspension and weight, but I woulden't reccomend it lol.

I 've driven at 130 with my SL and it felt safe to me(it was also 2 in the morning with no one on the highway for miles). I suggest not trying to turn the wheel though.

Re: Keep It Safe!!!

I've done 135 in my SL... I wanted to go faster but it really wasn't that stable at that speed. Sorta disappointed me... I had a Z28 Camaro a couple years ago and I got that thing up to 165 befpre it started to really scare me
