New Alarm on car without power options
My friend has a '99 Honda Civic Lx, it doesn't come with power windows or power locks. He's in the market for an alarm, but can he get one that has keyless entry even though his car doesn't have power locks? or will he have to install power locks along with the alarm (extra cost?).

He will have to install power door locks. The kits are cheap and its easy to install. It will wire up easily to the keyless entry alarm. Here is a kit that I found http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...705941931&rd=1 .
