Honda S2000 by Bil Attridge
Hello AF....This would be my first post here, so hopefully it works correctly. This is a Tamiya Honda S2000 that I built with a few modifications:
Manufacturer: Tamiya Scale: 1/24 Modifications / Extra Detailing: EXTERIOR Turn signal indicators and washer fluid nozzles sanded off; Modified Lotus Espirit lower side sills integrated into body; Lotus Espirit rear wing added utilizing modified Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR uprights; Modified front splitter used from a Ferrari F40; Rear underbody diffuser added from a Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR (heavily modified); Exhaust exits, wheels and tires used from a Porsche 911 GT3; Brake discs and calipers also used from the Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR; Lower driving lights added (Grief lenses); and Aluminum mesh inserted into front intake (a.m.r.i. Model Supplies). INTERIOR Detail Master flocking used to replicate carpeting; Studio 27 Carbon Fibre decals used for rear waterfall, centre console, upper door panels and dash face; Titanium Metalizer paint used for the seats, then dusted with white chalk dust; and Tamiya X18 Semi-gloss black used for the dash and convertible boot. Paint: Tamiya Fine Surface Primer, Finisher’s Prost Blue, Model Master Magnesium Metalizer all sealed under Finisher’s Automotive Clear. DECALS The graphics are from Speedline’s CART Reynard series, in particular, the Telefonica car of Oriol Servia; and The Honda decals are from the Tyrrell Honda 020 Formula One car. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bil Attridge |
