91 hatchback mustang
hey, i might get a 91 hatchback mustang, it was a 4 banger, but dosen;t have a engine in it (he has the enigne though0
I am wondering what it would take to drop of V8 into it? and are there any kits to do this? also, what is handling and that like in it? thanks |

Do a search on this forum, there are a ton of threads about this. The 4cyl to 5.0 swap is easy, but time consuming. Considering you can get all parts from a salvage yard or whatever, it can be done pretty cheap as well. Of course the best way to go is to buy a junked or blown v8 car and just redo the drivetrain. That way all the brakes, suspension and rearend are already there. Good luck!
