r34 in intial d

as much as i dont like 34 (im cruisin for a flamin) i still wanted to see it race. has nyone read the manga that they can tell me what happened throughout the race?

I think he is talking about the R34 GTT that was driven by a member of SSR, the same team the MX-5 driver was on. This race happened earlier, and would have been in the 2nd episode of 4th Stage, but was cut short for some reason.

no not in the anime this is waaaayyyy after ssr.. in the manga..these two older guys one w/ an R34 GTR and the other has an s2000

I know what you were talking about, the God of Hand and the God of Foot, or whatever they call those guys. However, c32b1 NSX was talking about the GTT that was in Stage 4, episode 2.

Atsuou is the hillclimb racer and the leader of the Tochigi-based S.S.R team. He seems to be a decent enough driver.

From the Tochigi Prefecture, the S.S.R team is the first team to race against Ryousuke's Project D. Tooru is slated to race against Takumi, while Atsuou is to race against Keisuke. Go read the manga to find out who wins. >P

(BTW, S.S.R stands for Seven Star Reaf. Yes, Shigeno meant [Leaf], but... >_<; Ah, it's not my fault he can't spell.)

well not really....you just brought up another R34 driver. It's not an issue or anything. I didn't know about the older guy and S2K, so we all learned something new!
