Unhappy Arrrrg Dropped the body

i dropped the body for my Revell '40 ford. It broke the thin window piece and ruinied most of my putty work on the fenders. Should i order a new body or not?

How did you drop it? I don't really understand how that damage can come from dropping it.

Re: Arrrrg Dropped the body

just use some glue and "tack" it. once you get the window glued in place, it will be just fine

Re: Arrrrg Dropped the body

If you have any epoxy putty that would be the thing to use. Put a little ball of putty (I mean little) between the two broken halves and squish them together. Sand very lightly.

This is one reason why I hate convertables.
