How to remove distributor block off plate 3.1 1993 Lumina Euro?

Hey guys I believe that an oil leak has developed on my car around this block off plate. Please let me know what is the easiest way of getting this plate out of the block where I can replace the seal below it. Thanks


BTW: The oil seems to be seeping out of the middle of the intake gasket, is this possible? I have no antifreeze leaking nor any signs of it in my oil. The car has 74,000 miles on it. Thanks in advance

just had to replace this seal on my 92 lumina. easiest way to do this is to remove intake manifold. I am assuming you are talking about the o ring under the cap where the distributor used to be on the engine block
