Pen sketched concept car, colored

Here it is, my first ever colored car and my first time using markers. it turned out ok.

I sketched it using a ball point pen..

Looks ok, you need to sort out the roof and back wheel. When you use markers you need to use long smooth hand strokes. Also, the front air intake by the front wheel is alot bigger than the rear wheel, which makes the rear one look a bit wierd. Good for a first try though! I'm sure AnsisK will write a book full of information to help you improve! j/k.

Yeah lol

I did it in pen so there was kinda no turing back so i just went with it. I think i did to fast too. Next time im gonna spend more time coloring certian parts of the car...


...plus i had about four prisma markers only that were kind of dry so i need to by some more.

It still is a bit cartoony.

Your lines are too bouncy and bubbly. Don't be afraid of using a ruler. I'd also make the far-side windscreen line less steep.

the car borders on kartoon. but i like it for some reason. it works. you draw very well. you could get better. well, you will get better. but you are fine. the perspective thing is good, too, so far --do more.
