Question 92 Prelude Timing

Hi Everyone ... I have a question about the timing for my 92 prelude, but first let me tell you a lil about it ... I bought this car 2 years ago knowing that it needed work (with good intentions)!! The car was in a very light front end collision (didn't even touch the hood)! The guy I bought it from was a teacher at a vo tech so he brought it in to be fixed ... well too many hand in the pie ='s one non running prelude. When I bought the car it idled VERY rough, but did however start and idle. I replaced the computer (under dash) due to the fact that it was lying on the floor of the car and I wondered if someone could have messed with it. Not the problem! Moving right along I was told that the car sounds like the timing is off, so I just bought new belts and a water pump while were in there might as well do that too!! I purchased a chilton book for the car, but what I am wondering is does anyone know of a web site that would have some better info on doing the timing belts, or does anyone have and hints they'd like to share about doing this?? Let me add that I have since moved on and given this project to my son (who is 17) and he is gonna try to get it running ... we could really use some info!!
This car is a 2.2L L4 SOHC PFI 16V ~ 5 speed manual
Thanks so much for any help that you can offer!!
