found a 95 lt1 with only 88 k and its owned by a mechanic 2 good 2 be tru ?

found a local guy selling a 95 lt1 online with only 88 k am trying to contact him but it sounds a lil fishy to me how would i know if the car had been rolled back ?/ any sighns i should look for ? and also found a 91 police package with 200 k for $800 but it still got the police decal on it and the cage should keep looking or go for one of them and the 95 is in auction but am sure i can get for $2500 top thanks for any help guys i will buy a lt1 one way or the other mark my words and if anyone would know the best place to get a lt1 plz help i really want a 95 or 96 cuz i hate the skirt on the 91's
