Ok, Crazyman, here's the deal:
Installing AC into a car that never had it requires lots of time, money, and hassle. More than your car is worth, actually. You'd be better off just selling your STD and buying a Honda with AC. When I got rid of my 89 STD, I bought a 1990 LX, just to have all of the goodies, including power windows, power steering, and glorious working air conditioning.. Sorry to bring you bad news. Flunky |

It will be a pain in the ass. Ive never put a whole kit on a 4th gen or rex but it cant be too much fun. You gotta get all the lines, the compressor, condensor, evaporator, o-t, reciever/dryer... just too much of a hastle in my opinion.

Re: AC sawp...
I cant tell you how hard it would be to install, but if your intested I'll sell you the entire system out of a 88 hatch. I'll need to keep the evaporator box though unless you want to send me your non-AC one. If your intested PM me and I'll give you a price.
