Post New Stealth Owner Wanna-Be

I am sadly about to sell my del sol for 4k. Luckly its to family so ill still be able to see it when i want to. But enough of my life story. I have been drooling over the dodge stealth and Mitsubishi 3000GT for the last year. I only have 4 grand to find one so i think im going to lean more toward the stealth side because they seem to be running a little cheaper. i realy like the '91/'92 versions and, even though i'd love the twin turbo i can't afford it, am trying so hard to find one. I live in sunny california.
my question is if its worth it to spend 4k on a stealth or should i wait and save up?

Re: New Stealth Owner Wanna-Be

trust me man it is worth it. i have owned a 5.0 mustang, a formula firebird and a stealth. now my stealth is not as fast as the other 2 but it is a very great handling car and will last you forever. plus they are just so damn good looking. i head this somewhere "your car my be faster than my stealth but my stealth will get more head turns from people." i think i heard it on this site. it is true to. i have more people ask me about the car wondering what the hell it is and so many girls hit on me for it lol.

Re: New Stealth Owner Wanna-Be

My only advice is to look the car very very carefully.

The 93 has the same look so that will expand your range. Avoid the base SOHC model like the palague.

For $4000 you should be able to find a nice one if you are patient.

I resent that Haha ok well it is the generally accepted feeling towards them though so oh well, I'll let it slide. For $4k it could be a bit of a challenge to find a nice one with low miles. I'd say save up a little bit more and look for a nice R/T (since you decided to go with a Stealth). Shouldn't be too hard to find one if you look and are patient enough. Good luck.
