if you're looking for a luxurious car for around 15-20K, I suggest that you get a used car. You might be able to find a used Impreza for around that price range...There's also the Dodge Neon SRT-4 if you want fast for cheap....also if you want both speed and luxury, there's the option of a pre-owned BMW from the mid-90s...find out information on the cars that you can afford, and then compare all of the features and their ratings.

good luck

Try and find a mid-90's BMW 3 Series.

Cool

For 20K, you should be able to find a nice 2002 Jaguar X-Type at a dealer with the Factory 100K select edition warranty. Its bigger, more luxurious, and as quick as a 325i. An added plus - its got AWD.

BMW E36 330i, or maybe if you can find one, an E46 323i or a 325i. Nothing handles like a BMW until you get up to the 911. O, and I've seen E36 M3's go for your kinda price range on EBay, so you might wanna try that. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with a mid 1990's BMW. They truly are the Ultimate Driving Machines...
