would a jspec b18c5 fit in the american ITR

jspec b18c5= japans type r engine correct? well if not wut is it called

if it does fit.. how much would it cost and wut places would normally do it

the jspec type-r is the b18c3 if im not mistaken the usdm type-r is the b18c5

yes a jdm type-r motor will fit in a usdm type-r

Also, the j.spec type-r motor is labeled B18C (no number), usdm type-r is B18C5. afaik B18C3 doesn't exist.

this site says that the JDM ITR 98+ has about 197 hp. does the JDM have aobut 210?

oh and i was planning on switchin a 02+ JDM engine in the usdm itr.
