foggy headlights

Has anybody tried and had any success with these compounds on the web that are supposed to remove the haze from headlight covers?

my drivers headlight i got from 50resto is starting to get foggy and get all kinds of moisture in it, i just got them a few months ago, it sucks.

Great! Thanks for the info and the link. Dummy me didn't think to look there. I'll try the sanding and polish.
