2002 yukon xl

The dealer has serviced ( aligned ) my SUV 5 times in the last 18 months, but the alignment problem persist. The alignment problem is causesing severe " inner " tread wear, and the tire are ruined. Tires have been rotated properly every 5000 miles, and I first noticed the problem around 6500 miles. Tires have only 25k miles. Any ideas??

Same problem. Dealer claims alignment is "within spec" and suggested to do nothing or purchase new tires. Not acceptable to me. Going for 3rd alignment next week. Tire rotation has little effect. Need your input.

Tie rod ends? My 2001 Yukon XL came straight from the dealer onto a West Coast trip and an East Coast trip. 4,000 miles later I noticed tire wear. Well, the alignment was out of spec. By the time I had the 2nd alignment, I needed tie rods. Check that out. And when are we going to force GM to move from 3 years/36,000 miles on $40K+ SUVs?
