I Need Help
I Have A 99 Si And I New To This Web Page An Can Not Get Any Feed Back. I Have Been Told That You Can Take The Computer Out Of A 92-95 Ex An Reprogram It An Put It In My Car.is This True If So How Much Would I Gain?

It won't work with the engine you have in there now. 92-95 is OBD1 and your 99 is OBD2. I might be wrong on this but don't you have a B16 in your car stock? If so then it would definently not be good to use a SOHC ecu on a DOHC motor.
