hey guys. the weatherstripping along the sides of the windows on my 5th gen is pretty much shot. i already sanded it down and painted it black once, but now the mold stains are coming through again. i could do that again...but i want to know if theres any other solutions. i've seen chrome tape that you can use to dress up weather stripping, but i don't want it chromed. what else could i possibly do?

eww chrome tape,
they got some sort of Vinly spray or plastic spray that works really well you could try looking for that or dish out the $85 per strip if you got the dough, hahaha
