fuse?

My car was making noises (when u r driving and u don't have the door closed) I didn't know how to fix this because I don't know if the censor is in the door itself or where it shuts (there's a black thing that slides forward when the door closes) I think its inside the door itself.

I took the rearview mirror off and unplugged it because it was impossible to drive with the noise without getting a headache.

But the dash blinks the big seatbelt light and the 1 to the left the door/seatbelt light stays steady even though the doors r shut.

I plan to buy a new door someday but I would rather not have the light blink and maybe get rid of the door/belt light. Is there a fuse or someway to turn it off completly until I get a new door?
