Lightbulb NOS For Dirtbikes

I saw the coolest thing in my dirtrider mag. They took a kx125 and put a nitros bottle on the the front number plate. It had a direct shoot to the engine intake and they increased the air to fuel precentege (more air) I remembered it added some 10 hp (or more i forget) to it thats alot considerding the kx 125 produces about 34 ponies (hp). See any more info about this cool part tell me...............man if it was legal in racing id want one for my bike i don't know about u?

I saw that too.
The NOS kit for the KX125 added around 30% horsepower, which should be around 10.
Its cool and stuff...BUT... will it ever be allowed in races?
The brakes and cooling arent designed for NOS so that wouldnt exactly please the FIM and the AMA. Its cool, but it dont work for dirt bikes i think...

Re: NOS For Dirtbikes

Dirt wheels did it to a Polaris Predator and it boosted it up 20 extra horsepower!!..... It is a pretty cool idea if you have the money to replace motors that you will cook...
