My 89 Dodge caravan won't start

I have had the fuel filter, pump and relay replaced. The spark plugs are doing thier job. The starter is trying to turn over the engine, but there is no fuel getting into it. The injector is working, as I put in cleaner every 6 months or so. And my mech (who is now avoiding me) pulled it out and cleaned it just last week. And the fuel pressure is fine. Why won't it start? any and all hints/ideas/tips would be most helpful.

What engine are we talkin' about?
Ya say the injector is working but ya say that it's not getting fuel.
How do ya know if the injector is working if there's no fuel coming out?
If there IS fuel coming out of the injector-everything's working fuel-wise.
Depending on the engine-you could have a broken or jumped timing belt. (4cyl).
Also depending on what type of injector cleaner you use-you could have fouled/destroyed the oxygen sensor-prolly THE most important sensor when it comes to fuel delivery. Alcohol-based injector cleaners will foul up O2 sensors.

i encountered this problem some time ago ,check you fusible links under the hood they should be to the rear of the battery, i found the white one burnt , if its not burnt thru the jacket tug each one gently, try pulling them from the ends if one is burnt it will usualy stretch like a rubber band, good luck
