they have these exact looking rims from veilside. I believe Fujimi or AOshima is the company that makes them, they are also avialable through a Veilside Silvia kit (from aoshima or fujimi.. I don't remember)

The veilside rim looks somewhat like that.. Those rims look like they might have a multi-spoke spinner type deal on them though.. Heres a close up of the veilside rims. You be the judge on them. Later Rick S
