suspension shot?

I want to know how to test if my springs are worn out, I already know my dampers are shot, the car bounces up and down twice... Any way I know if my springs are okay or not?

I think that if the car is bouncing with bad shocks on there then your springs are probably good, as long as the car isn't sagging. The springs keep the ride height were it should be. If it is noticably lower then you need new springs or get those spring spacers for a quick fix. Other wise if the car is sitting at the right height then your probably good for springs. Good luck!
