clutch making squeeking noises

hello,

I have a 1992 YJ with the 4.0 and the AX-15 trans.
I'm having a problem with my clutch/trans. When I press the clutch to the floor, It is not allowing me to place it in any gear. if I release the clutch halfway, it will shift into a gear. Now here's the kicker, if in gear, and I stop, the trans squeeks like crazy, but if I release the clutch halfway (again), it will stop the squeek. I just replaced the master cyl. and rebled the system.

any help would be welcome

Sounds like the clutch. How many miles on the clutch?
