Decisions?

I dont know how wide i should go. I have found P225/50 R16 91V and P235/50 R16 91V Nitto NT450. They would be going on 89 16x7 Super Coupe rims, for a 94 Thunderbird LX. Right now i have P225/60 R16 tires. BTW what does 91V Stand for?
