First of all, im new to this forum. i have a 1990 daytona es, 3.0, standard tranny. anyhoo, i was driving today and a loud clunk come out of the tranny, i think, it came out of the tranny, and so i pulled over right away and there was tranny fluide just pissing out of the tranny. it was comming out right between the tranny and the engine. does anybody have anyclue what the hell is going on????? i really need some help here!!!

Re: 90 daytona 3.0 tranny... uh-oh!!!
Is this an A604 automatic, or a manual 5 speed?
If it's a 5 speed you broke your input shaft housing, or cracked the case. If it's an automatic, you lost the pump or pump housing. Niether is a cheap fix. Slantsixness
