Re: repair manual

They should carry a Haynes or chilton repair manual.. Very helpful.. however, You should be able to go to the dealer and get a vehicle specific TSRM (technical service repair manual) which is for your vehicle, and is much more specific..
Haynes and Chilton manuals bunch 12 years of Camaro's up into one small manual

Re: repair manual

TSRM, really, but considering the cars are fairly similar anyway, it's not like there are 10 different models, only a handful. BTW, I have the Haynes and I don't like the fact it doesn't seem to list basic information like replacement bulb numbers etc. Am I missing this or did they skimp out

Re: repair manual

they skimp out, its funny cause there are pros to both of the manuals. in order to actually have a 100% helpful manual is to buy both the hanyes and the chilton, each leaves out information that the other one has. i think its a great marketing scheme, considering that the same company makes both manuals...

Re: repair manual

Well the TSRM (if available) from the dealer is gonna cost a lot more.. But I've got a Haynes and chilton manual and Ive been able to do just about everything out of them so far..
