Unhappy Rust Prevention

I live in Minneapolis and they spread salt on the roads here relentlessly. It shows up really bad in the spring when your car starts to rust. I was wondering if any of you knew if there was a spray or a wash additive one can add or apply to my 01 to help prevent any really bad rusting. Something that will counter act with the salt on my sheet metal. Any replys or ideas would be great! Maybe I should just move....
