off topic question
first off i want to thank everyone in this forum for all the use full info.
its has helped alot.but any way i was wondering if it any one knows if itd be possible to put a bov on a deisel 1987 mercedes and one more quik ?which is better open or closed? thanx again |

if its turbo, then yes you can replace the bov it has. generally you want to stick with closed, but if it happens to be a carborated deisel then it doesnt matter, but I highly doubt it is.

I have a Open. Open is a lot louder. I have the Turbo XS BOV RFL. That stands for Real Freakin Loud.

you could buy a closed BOV, buy a speaker and a mic and drive around makign the "PSHH" sound when you shift. You get the best of both worlds.
