Skylark Wiring Harness
Well everyone I finally got the Buick that I purchased to my house. I was happy with the purchase except for one thing. The moron who took the motor out of the car cut all the wires, hoses etc rather than disconnecting them. Im very disgusted that someone would do this to a classic but guess I have to deal with it. My question is: Does anyone know where I can find an engine wiring harness for a 68 Skylark? New or used it really doesnt matter as long as its in decent condition. Thanks again. Glad Im giving everyone something to talk about with this new purchase.

Re: Skylark Wiring Harness
Year One might have something.
How many wires were cut? There were not that many wires going to the engine......ignition, coil, oil, temp are all that are there on my GTO.....you could trace where they go and solder/splice new ones in. It might not win at any car shows, but can be done neatly and safely. |

All wires cut.
I didnt look real close cause I was disgusted but it looked like any wire that was in the way was cut. You are probably right. There probably arent that many and could probably be sorted out. Guess i will just deal with it when the time comes to wire up the motor.
