Question Help Asap

I have a 1993 chevy lumina it is stalling and in drive and trying to die in while driving down the road. It is acting just like the fuel filter is clogged so I changed it sill didnt fix the problem. I thought ok maybe its the crank sensor so I changed it still didnt fix the problem. So I tried going in reverse drives great just when I put it in drive it dies. I dont get it. In park, neutral, and reverse everything is good to go. just drive messes up. So I figured maybe cpu changed it still didnt fix the problem. Please I need some help. Thankyou Feel free to page me if you want Ill call you back.

Re: Help Asap

There should be a plug on the transmission just to the drivers side of the engine should have 3 or 4 wires going to it, one wire will be tan with a black stripe. Once you unplug the connector it should be fine. Check the RPO codes in your glove box for M13, MH1, ME9, or MD8. I don't know if a 93 Lumina would have an M13 but if it does, it will be a different procedure to fix

Re: Help Asap

If its going fine in reverse, I dont think its TCC... when I had the TCC problem, Drive or Reverse would instantly stall the car until it cooled.
