Ummm.... let me just use my psychic powers to tell you.. mmmmm.... I'mmmmmm mmmmmmmmmeditating.....
Tell us what's wrong and we might be able to help. Us US punks didn't get the transtop. Is it making noises? Not moving at all? Moving a little then stopping? Removing the top and smacking your ass with it? Gotta tell us.

boot red light stays on the dash
the boot not moving up at all, have to use the manual thing to open boot, then still nothing happens, i can here the roof controller box making a click sound when i push the button but nothing is moving...... any idea?! thanks

Do you have a stero system in your car. Sometimes when they wire all of that up it will be conected to different power scources (ie roofs and windows) It can be to much for it over time and require some reworking of the wiring. Just an idea, I knew a friend that had it happen to him.

re-wiring?
I'm not sure bout that I just after buying the car, the horn wasn't working either but I took the earth from the chassis and wired that to the horn switch on the steering and run that to the earth of the horn and it works fine using the original 12v that was there, maybe this could be the same, but theres respond from the roof controller that make a click sound, but motor not going and the sensor doesn't know that the boot is closed.

Well, I don't know a whole lot about the electrical systems, but based on what you said if the controller is working and attempting to perform its job but nothing else happens after that I'd say it was either the sensor or the motor (or both?
 ).Or like Sol Man said -- maybe the wiring is incorrect.
