after market muffler ?s
hi guys, thanks for ur replies on my pervious post but i didnt get many respenses about the muffler ? i had...im tryin to put a new muffler on a 2002 cavalier first...i was wondering if anyone has put a chambered muffler (flowmaster, magnaflow, speedrex, ect) on their car. i dont know how that would sound on a 4...but if it would sound bad...what do yall recomend...im looking for jsut a muffler or axel back system...but if a cat back would make any performance diffrence id consider that too...thanks alot

rksport has a rear section exhaust for about 180. it comes with a flowmaster muffler. I think it sounds good

Re: after market muffler ?s
RK is way overpriced.... buy a muffler and get the piping done by a reputable muffler shop that does their own bending...

Re: after market muffler ?s
on magnaflows website, they have a sound clip of their exhaust on a Focus. Its sounds pretty close to what you'll get with it on your car

Re: after market muffler ?s
If you want a good exhaust go with rksport. There a bit expensive but they have some of the best parts you can get

Re: after market muffler ?s
no shit. I know there magnaflow. If you buy the muffler itself its going to be over 100. rksport makes all the tubing. Its going to be a better quality than a muffler shop would have

Re: after market muffler ?s
the turbo mufflers sound good. its pretty much a straight through muffler. sounds great. If youre going to be doing a turbo the turbo muffler will be the one you want to get.
