Post Mods for an R32 Gts

Hey guys, im very close to having enough for a GTS, i'm planning to put my payment down around April, but one thing i havent seen anywhere is if anyone here has done some respectable mods to the Rb20? i was just wondering what you could do to it, in terms of stroking, upgrading the turbo, what's available for internals, ect ect. So, if anyone here has played with their 2.0 a bit, please share what you have done with me!
Thanks alot.
(I really dont want to be known as just another stupid little kid on the Skyline board who think's he's getting an R34 for $10,000 next month)

well for starters, how much do u have saved up, cuz if u live in usa, i heard the costs can be around 40 grand for an r32...second of all you cant upgrade the turbo on a gts cuz it doesnt have a turbo in the first place, the gts-t does hence the "t" at the end for turbo

there are tons of aftermarket mods for the rb engines, just need money and patience to import them from japan overnight

Re: Mods for an R32 Gts

Damn, i forgot! overnight parts from Japan...... lol.
Any ways, the final price for a Gts-t Type M 2door over here will be about $10,000. All i really want to do is get it breathing better, upgrade the ignition system, and maybe get mild cams in it, for my age, that'll be more than enough. Basically i dont know where to get the parts from or who makes aftermarket products for an R32 Gts-t.....Made would be the best word actually.

if 10 grand is the full price then the car is not legalized, so you will be driving an illegal car

you need to ask the dealer or who ever your getting it from if they have paperwork from motorex that it complies with the obdII standards

Hey. Yeah after 15 years the car is good to go in Canada. I just got one myself. As for performance mods that you want to do there's an awesome website strictly focused on the RB20DE(T) engine. It's www.rb20det.com The website goes into full detail of the mods that are recommended. As for where to get them from...well I'm still working on that. I've found a few sites in New Zealand, the UK and Australia, as wellas a couple in Japan, but none of them seem to have too much for the R32 GTS-T. If you find anyone that supplies parts let me know.
