Unhappy no spark on 1997 4.3 s10

Truck just quit and know won't start. I replaced ignition module, and coil, wires, distributor cap, and rotor check out good. I scaned computer for codes and came up as p1351 (Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage). Anyone with ideas? Thanks.

Did you check all your fuses under the hood and inside? And are you getting fuel?

I checked all the fuses and I found one for the interior lights to be blown. I replaced and it held and hasn't blown since. when I turn the key on I can hear the fuel pump run for about 2 or 3 seconds then quit and as I crank the motor I can hear the fuel pump run. the battery cranks the engine over as fast as it ever has.
thanks for your help.

Did you pull a wire off and hold it to ground while cranking the engine to see if it's sparking? If it is, the problem probably lies somewhere in your fuel system... What's your fuel pressure at?

yes I got new plugs for it. And before I put them in I took number 1 plug wire off and put it on the new plug and grounded it out. And got no spark.
