Big tires for 2003 Hemi Ram 2500 4x4?

I'm looking for information on putting larger tires and wheels on my 2003 Hemi Ram 2500 4x4. The OEM tires were 265-70R17/E BFG Rugged Trail T/A on 17" x 8" wide 8-bolt rims.

It is currently getting a 3" body lift to get a little more fender clearance.

I hope to be able to put a 315-70R17 (34.5" diameter) BFG All Terrain T/A on a 17" x 9" wide or 17" x 10" wide rim on it.

Does anyone know what tires and or wheels will fit this beast and not rip the front fenders off when the suspension flexes, or I turn the steering?

Or, better yet. How do I measure for offset and backspacing? The specs are confusing from some of the wheel manufacturers.

The future only gets taller for this thing. Eventually, I want to put on a custom 6" suspension lift too. Then surely 44" Super Swampers would fit......
