MT Shift Linkages

I've got a '94 Accord that I'm converting to 5-speed, but can't find the shift linkages anywhere. The local parts stores and Honda shop are pissing me off, and their prices are too high. I really don't want to have to rip them out of a car at the salvage yard, but for the prices I've been seeing I may have to.

I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can order these for well below the usual asking price?
