error code P0160

!996 Chevy silverado service engine light is on again. Hooked to OBD II reader and only found one error, P0160 02 senser circuit no activity.

Just replaced O2 sensor and cat. converter last spring when the light came on, now it is back.

Any hints on what might be going on or how to fix?

Just wondering:
Did you make sure to replace the right sensor?

Sure did, both on bank two. Also it worked fine from spring to now.
Thanks for the response!

Re: error code P0160

Check the connections at the sensor plug, try and get it on a scanner that you can graph the sensors activity, if none it is bad, make sure there are no exhaust leaks ahead of rhe sensor also.
