wiring speakers rear hatch

Hello, I have 1995 cherokee sport, 4.0 I6, I want to put some 5.25 speakers in rear hatch, but i have no idea on what or if theres wiring for them in back. There is a harness with wires that look like they for speakers, but also go to the rear brake light and wiper motor. Only thing is that chilton schemtaics show different colored wires that go to the speakers, and they do not match up to any wires that back there, Now do i ahve to run my own wires all the way back to the back radio wire harness? or is there wires in hatch that are for my speakers?.. Any feedback would be great, I looked at alot of posts and still no idea on what wires to use or if theres any in hatch at all. They do look like speaker wires in rear harness, but i do not want to do anything until i am sure.Thanks,

This is what Crutchfield (a national car audio company) says that your factory rear speaker harness should look like. The wire's colors might be different?

looks nothing like anyhting back there, and even if i got those wires theres nothing to attach it to, anyways, thanks for the reply, i think i will just run wiring all the way to front and tap into the wiring rear spear wires in back of radio, i was just hoping to have something easier than that, oh, well...thanks anyways.
