I am going to attempt to replace my timing belt (135K mi) and want to know, before I start, if there are any tid-bits of info to watch out for on my '98 Runner V6. I've done 1 before but it was on a 1969 Stang. So I need more info. Thanks

Re: About to replace timing belt.
Here's an interesting article on that:
http://128.83.80.200/taco/timingbelt.html and detailed instructions: http://yotarepair.com/5VZ-FEtimingbelt.html As far as hints go, keep the belt and pulleys clean.
